1 How do I order from you?
We will make quotation after you send your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you payment way. Goods will be prepared and sent after payment is received. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
2. What is the payment term?
Mostly, payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.
For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges.
USD, RMB and EURO are acceptable.

You may also ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us directly.

4. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?
Dental equipment, like dental unit, autoclave, has one year warranty period. If you have problem in using, you can return to us by post. Or you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give you solution.
Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.
5. Do you supply OEM service?
Yes, we can supply OEM service for dental unit, air compressor, X-Ray unit, dental handpiece, prophy mate, endo files, gutta percha points, etc.
6. Can you make certificate of origin (C/O)?
Yes. Certificate of origin is applied when goods are sent.
7. Do you have CE or FDA for your products?
